Complaints - All complaints are to be made in writing by email to halecamo@hotmail.co.uk
Deliveries - we use different methods of postage from Royal Mail to Courier Where items are in stock we aim to deliver your items within 5-7 days from our acknowledgement and processing of your order. We mail items on a Monday and Friday only , this enables us to offer FREE postage, alternatively insured courier or special delivery is made available for URGENT orders. Some item sizes we only supply to order and if we are out of stocks of these the chosen item we will deliver your item the next day once we have been restocked by our suppliers. A email to advise will be sent to our customer.
Although our website may show availability and available to order we may not actually have the item stocked. Our supplies do have these readily available and we can turn around these orders with 5-7 days.
ALL METHODS OF POSTAGE OFFERED BY HALECAMO ARE SUBJECT TO TIMED COLLECTIONS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE WE AIM TO DISPATCH YOUR PARCEL THE NEXT AVAILABLE WORKING DAY. WE OPERATE A BOOKING SYSTEM WITH ALL OUR COURIERS WHICH IS COLLECTION NEXT WORKING DAY NOT SAME DAY.
I.E ORDER WEDNESDAY COLLECTION WILL BE THURSDAY. IF YOU HAVE SELECTED NEXT DAY THIS WILL THEN ARRIVE FRIDAY.
We accept no responsibility in the event of deliveries being delayed on any chosen postage method. If the courier has attempted delivery this is taken as proof of the delivery being met. We will supply a tracking number to ensure you have details of all parcel locations during transit if selecting courier delivery. Also please note that if no insured courier or special delivery has been selected, parcels are only automatically covered upto £36.00 for claims in the event of loss or non delivery. Halecamo recommends upgrading your delivery service if your order item is in excess of this value.

Regardless of where you shop online, PayPal’s Buyer Complaint Policy lets you submit a dispute for an item you don’t receive or an item significantly not as described. By doing so, you have the opportunity to resolve your dispute directly with Halecamo.
The PayPal Resolution Centre — your first step for any issue
Should you encounter a problem with a item you purchased from Halecamo and you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by Halecamo you can go to our Resolution Centre to begin the dispute process for Paypal to take a independent view on the dispute. Please note that any decision made by paypal during a dispute is Final and both parties are in acceptance of the ruling.
Here’s how it works:
- Visit the PAYPAL Resolution Centre by logging onto www.paypal.com and open a dispute within 45 days from the date you sent payment.
- PayPal encourages both parties to communicate directly with each other to amicably resolve the dispute.
- If you are unable to resolve the dispute, the next step is to file a claim within 20 days from the date the dispute was opened.
- Paypal review the case and make a decision, Paypals decision instructions and ruling is final.
