Halecamo and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Halecamo do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete or error-free. If a product offered by Halecamo is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to Halecamo for a refund. Halecamo reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. 

Terms and Conditions


We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stocks being unavailable for delivery, due to acts beyond our control. A full refund will be given or alternative offered.

Refunds : We will refund any item that is returned unused and tags still present.
All items returned must be returned within 7 days to obtain a FULL refund, return of the item is at the cost to the customer. Exchanges - These are exchanged FREE of charge if faulty and returned by normal post and not by the means of which original postage was selected, In the case of a customer error on ordering a minimum of £3.95 to a maximum £9.95 is chargeable (depending on items) to cover the additional re-postage & packaging costs will apply and our customer services team will advise at the time of enquiry if this charge applies, Any refunds are paid by cheque or paypal. All returned goods must be sent by recorded/special delivery to ensure proof of postage. All garments must be returned free of any odours I.E Tobacco smoke / Food smells.

Complaints - All complaints are to be made in writing by email to support@halcamo.com

Deliveries : We use different methods of postage from Royal Mail to Courier Where items are in stock we aim to deliver your items within 3-7 days from our acknowledgement and processing of your order. We mail items on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday only , this enables us to offer LOW postage, alternatively insured courier or special delivery is made available for URGENT orders. FREE delivery applies on orders over £300 but excludes bedchairs and bivvys due to weight and courier costs. Some item sizes we only supply to order and if we are out of stocks of these the chosen item we will deliver your item the next day once we have been restocked by our suppliers. A email to advise will be sent to our customer. We accept no responsibility in the event of deliveries being delayed on any chosen postage method. If the courier has attempted delivery this is taken as proof of the delivery being met. We will supply a tracking number to ensure you have details of all parcel locations during transit if selecting courier delivery. Also please note that if no insured courier  or special delivery has been selected, parcels are only automatically covered upto £36.00 for claims in the event of loss or non delivery. Halecamo recommends upgrading your delivery service if your order item is in excess of this value.

Security :Halecamo DO NOT disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We will disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes only. When you make a purchase on our Web site, we use Secure Socket Layering (SSL) to encrypt your personal credit information, including your credit card number, before it travels over the Internet. SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Making a credit card purchase online on our Web site is just as safe as making a credit card purchase over the telephone (we do not accept payments over the phone currently).

Any of the above do not affect your statuatory rights.

The PayPal Resolution Centre — your first step for any issue

Should you encounter a problem with a item you purchased from Halecamo and you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by Halecamo you can go to our Resolution Centre to begin the dispute process for Paypal to take a independent view on the dispute. Please note that any decision made by paypal during a dispute is Final and both parties are in acceptance of the ruling.

Here’s how it works:

  • Visit the PAYPAL Resolution Centre by logging onto www.paypal.com and open a dispute within 45 days from the date you sent payment.
  • PayPal encourages both parties to communicate directly with each other to amicably resolve the dispute.
  • If you are unable to resolve the dispute, the next step is to file a claim within 20 days from the date the dispute was opened.
  • Paypal review the case and make a decision, Paypals decision instructions and ruling is final.
